Happy Birthday to my wonderful wife. 10-18-1950. What a glorious day! For on this day, God sent you into the world! Who would know that 21 years later, He would unite you and I forever. Who would know that after 45 years together, you would get to go home to be with him forever. I know that you are a gift from God to me. I believe in Him, and His sovereign reign. I believe that you are with Him and having a birthday celebration in Heaven. I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. What I do have are wonderful memories and your picture etched on my heart. Your memory is my keepsake, with which I’ll never part. God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart.

So, today, I cry. I celebrate. I remember. I put my faith in a wonderful, loving God. I will always love you, sweetie.

Happy Birthday, precious.

I love you more.
